Sustainability is considered achievable when, at some point in their lives, students become entrepreneurs. We instil the concept of quality in every activity through which we train our students. We encourage them to think in terms of customer satisfaction, ultimately enabling them to become successful entrepreneurs.
Brainstorming sessions are conducted even during regular classroom interactions to inculcate entrepreneurial thinking and to encourage students to consider entrepreneurship after gaining 10 to 15 years of work experience. In this manner, sustainability is justified and promoted.

Entrepreneurship and Management Development Center (EMD)
The Entrepreneurship and Management Development Center (EMD) was established in 2004 under an AICTE-supported initiative and currently functions in a self-sustainable mode. The center aims to promote entrepreneurial awareness and managerial skills among students. It conducts seminars, workshops, and training programs focused on entrepreneurship, business planning, leadership, and management practices. The activities of the center motivate students to explore self-employment opportunities and develop the confidence required to become successful entrepreneurs.
Blue Star Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Training Center
The Blue Star Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Training Center, established in 2025, provides specialized training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. This center offers students practical exposure to modern air-conditioning and refrigeration technologies through industry-supported training modules. Since the HVAC sector is a rapidly growing field with significant entrepreneurial opportunities, the center equips students with the technical knowledge and skills required to pursue careers or start ventures in this domain.
